Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, purchasing, receiving service, or leasing.
How consent is collected
Every Waterford Bay leasing form includes one text-message consent checkbox. It defaults unchecked and becomes available only after you provide a valid phone number. Selecting it authorizes text messages from Waterford Bay Apartments about your inquiry at that number. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from submitting the form.
How consent is recorded
The secure inquiry records the YES or NO preference, the displayed disclosure version, the submitted phone number, the source page, a server timestamp, and a correlation identifier. The inquiry is delivered through Waterford Bay’s signed lead workflow, with an email fallback if that workflow cannot accept it. An authorized leasing team or messaging provider may use an affirmative preference for inquiry-related follow-up.
Message terms
Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Waterford Bay and its authorized providers must honor applicable revocation and opt-out requests.
Your choices
You may submit a leasing form without providing a phone number or selecting text consent. You may also contact leasing to update a communication preference.
