DO I HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO LIVE HERE?
Absolutely not, we abide by fair housing standards and as long as you meet our qualifications you can rent here.
WHAT DOES THE RENT INCLUDE?
Rent includes a furnished apartment (optional), monthly water/sewer and monthly high-speed internet.
ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
Yes, we allow pets with certain breed restrictions. Each pet has a one time pet fee and an additional pet rent.

$500 25-50 lbs. (50lb weight limit)

WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Every application is screened by our 3rd party screening company to determine the deposit. The deposit can start at $700 and go as high as 2 months rent.
