Absolutely not, we abide by fair housing standards and as long as you meet our qualifications you can rent here.

Yes, we allow pets with certain breed restrictions. Each pet has a one time pet fee and an additional pet rent.

Here at Waterford Bay we are incredibly flexible to your needs. You have the choice of bringing your own roommate or having us find one for you.
WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Every application will be different and Security Deposits are based on your Credit Score and Rental History.
WHAT IS ROOMMATE MATCHING?
